Customers completely customize their deliveries so you are never stuck with any produce you don’t like or want! We make weekly deliveries in all of Southeast Wisconsin, Madison and the Fox Cities.

Brewers Organics Partners with Whisk Culinary

Brewers Organics Adds Ready-to-Eat Meals to Offerings

Brewers Organics is excited to announce our newest partnership! We are thrilled to be partnering with local chef Zak Groh owner of Whisk Culinary to bring fresh, ready-to-eat meals, directly to customer’s homes.

Brewers Organics started in 2012 and provides organic produce and local Wisconsin artisan groceries directly to customer’s homes and offices in Southeast Wisconsin, Madison, and the Fox Valley. Brewers Organics has expanded over the past 2 years from just offering organic produce to partnering with over 30 local farmers and artisans to bring everything from milk to meat to bakery directly to customers. “We’re continually looking to add new local,products to our lineup and we’ve always been intrigued with the idea of delivering ready-to-eat food items,” said Brandon Ferguson.  “We think this will be a perfect addition to our lineup. Our customers like to cook and have fresh ingredients around but they also lead busy lifestyles. This will allow them to plan ahead and have afresh meal or two that can be ready in under 10 minutes”

“Being local is important to us, so Zak and Whisk Culinary were the perfect fit,” added Ferguson. A Milwaukee-area native, Groh got his start at age 11 working in the family’s fresh frozen custard stand Mickey’s Custard in Hartford, WI.  He earned a degree in Culinary Management before travelling and gaining kitchen experience,most notably working for Devere Hotel group UK at their Michelin Starred property “Cameron House.” 

Locally he worked many years for theBartolotta Restaurant Group, opened and operated the Cooking School at Sur laTable in Bayshore Town Center, and in 2013 he launched Whisk Culinary, aspecialty food and catering business based in a 3,000 square foot kitchen inWest Allis.

Brewers Organics will start offering the ready-to-eat meals in customer deliveries on Wednesday 9/14 and Thursday 9/15.
